Who we are

RetainOS is a service operated by 305LocalConnect, a Florida business ("RetainOS," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through retainos.co and our services, how we use it and the choices you have.

It applies to visitors of our website, to businesses that use RetainOS ("business customers") and to the clients of those businesses who receive messages or rewards through RetainOS.

Information we collect

What you give us: when you fill out a form or book a call, your name, business name, email, mobile number, industry and anything you write in the message.
Automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
From business customers: account and billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
On behalf of business customers: details about their clients needed to run the program, such as name, mobile number, email, preferred language, visit dates, reward progress and referrals.

How we use information

To answer your request, schedule calls and set up your program.
To send the reminders, reward notices, referral invitations and review requests a business has turned on.
To deliver rewards through our rewards partner.
To bill business customers, provide support, keep the service secure and improve our website.
To meet legal obligations.

Text messages

We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.

Health-related businesses

RetainOS is not built to store medical records. For med spas, wellness centers and similar businesses, messages never include treatment details, and visit and referral rewards stay off by default.

Please don't send us patient names, diagnoses, treatment details, photos or medical history through our website forms.

How we share information

We don't sell personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that run parts of our service for us, such as our messaging and customer platform, scheduling, payment processing, website hosting and analytics.
With our rewards partner, limited to what's needed to deliver a reward a client earned.
With the business a client visits, which already has that client's information.
When required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Information we handle for businesses

When we handle client information for a business customer, we use it only to provide RetainOS to that business. The business is responsible for having its clients' permission to contact them. To change or delete your information held by a business, you can contact that business or us.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it, and security

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Ask to see, correct or delete your information through our contact page.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. In programs for kids' activities and daycares, messages and rewards go to parents or guardians.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we'll post them here.
